Fantastic service and excellent tailoring.
They were close to closing on a Friday night and we needed alterations for an event on the Saturday. They happily undertook the urgent alterations - tapering and hemming within the hour. Fabulous job - highly recommend!

Shockingly poor service. I dropped a leather jacket off, paid my money and was told that they would be able to complete the job.
Four days later I get a phone call to say they don't have the material. This is something I should have been told at the time and before i paid my money, so I could then look for another tailor.

They were willing to provide a refund, however during the phone call the manager was unprofessional - giggling, spoke to me in a patronising way and sounded quite indifferent in her "apology". They also should not have taken my money or waited four days to tell me they couldn't do the job. It would have taken a minute to show me the material, and I would have been able to seek out alternative tailors at the time. Instead, they will have my jacket for a week by the time I can pick it up, during which time I would have been able to drop it with another tailor and probably had it fixed.

I then called another tailor, this time asking if they had the right material in stock. They suggested fixing it with a different method, which they said would look better and also last longer. I can only imagine that Looksmart  didn't offer that because they wouldn't have been able to make as much money.

I was traveling overseas for a wedding needed my suits dry cleaned before I left, was told not a problem when I dropped them off I paid in full. I went there on the Thursday before flying out on the Friday was told the dry cleaning was not ready, that I would get a message on the following Monday. I said I’m overseas tomorrow and don’t return to Australia till 20 December they said “oh sorry nothing we can do!”. Would not of left my suits there if they could not deliver would not have paid either.

Cost me a further $2500 to buy a new suit for the wedding, they then closed down the store for good and no one will contact me about my 2 suits combined value of $6,000 AUD. Was not told before I left they would be closing down, was not informed of alternatives to collect my dry cleaning. I have called left many messages and no reply,  I will be commencing legal action in the new year

I dropped my wedding dress off in April. Come July, I had not received anything about my dress being ready to collect. I went in and it still hasn’t been cleaned!!! I dropped it off in the original garment bag and hanger, and after the staff looked everywhere in the store for the dress, it was dumped on the counter in a reusable shopping bag!!! The wedding dress was just stuffed in there - the top is heading and the bottom is a silk mix. Praying that a new dry cleaner can get the stains out now that it has been so long. I am so disappointing in this poor customer service and the lack of care they showed for such an expensive and sentimental piece of clothing  :(

Dropped off jackets on Wednesday, was told that they would be ready on the Thursday. 10 mins later got a text saying they would be ready the next Wednesday. Got a message on the next Wednesday saying they were ready at 13:45 but they close at 13:30. When I finally could pick up jackets they were still dirty and I paid 35.90 for 2. Poor service imo

2 days ago Tuesday the  14th of May 2024 I put in my coat to be dry-cleaned .
Picked up today after work .
Excellent job
